FLOOR 2 CEILING
One cleaner. Fifteen years of experience. An uncompromising standard.
Hi, I'm Susan
I'm the sole person behind Floor 2 Ceiling Cleaning — and that's entirely by design. I grew up in Ireland, where a strong work ethic and pride in your craft were simply part of life. After settling in Brunswick, Melbourne, I built this business on those same values.
With over 15 years of professional cleaning experience, I've worked across some of the most demanding environments imaginable — including luxury superyachts, where the standard of cleanliness is exceptional and there is absolutely no room for shortcuts. That level of attention to detail is something I bring to every home and business I clean.
Why I Work Alone — and Why That Benefits You
When you book Floor 2 Ceiling, you get me — every single time. No rotating staff, no strangers in your home, no inconsistency.
Consistency you can count on
You'll never come home to a different cleaner who doesn't know your preferences. I learn exactly how you like things done and I deliver that standard every visit.
A cleaner you can trust
Letting someone into your home requires trust. Because I work alone, you always know who is in your space — and I take that responsibility seriously.
Exceptional attention to detail
I'm not managing a team or rushing between jobs. My full focus is on your property, and I won't leave until the job is done to the highest standard.
Direct communication
You deal with me directly — no call centres, no middlemen. If you have a request or a question, you reach the person who actually does the work.
15+ Years of Professional Experience
My career has taken me from private residences to commercial premises, and from end-of-lease cleans to the immaculate interiors of luxury superyachts. Each environment has sharpened my skills and raised my personal benchmark for what a truly clean space looks like.
I now bring that same world-class standard to homes and businesses across all of Melbourne — from Brunswick and the inner north, right across the city.
